Based in Leeds, UK and with a couple of decades of both creative and non-fiction writing under his belt, Alex originally left school in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to train as a journalist. Now, his day job is building websites - including the one you're on right now - but he still finds time to write when he can.
'Alex Writes - Words by Alex Winton' is a new project to collect some of the best of that writing, ranging from short stories to - typically gaming-related - opinion and feature articles and reviews in one place and a permanent home online.
